The new uni USC chain has been designed to meet these demands, providing a stable and versatile solution for material handling applications where performance, safety and operational flexibility are essential.
Built with operator safety, product stability, and long-term performance in mind, the uni USC chain gives manufacturers a modular conveyor option that supports smooth product handling, easy upgrades, and efficient use of space.
It is an ideal solution for modular conveyors with extended-length configurations, such as spirals, alpines, and buffers, and comes with complete drive solutions available, including moulded and machined sprockets, horizontal sprockets, and turn discs.
Designed for safer handling
Safety is central to the uni USC chain design. Its finger-protection concept and small gap between links help reduce pinch points, protecting operators and supporting safe movement of small products and components.
Quiet, stable performance
The chain’s design helps minimize vibration, supporting quieter operation and reduced wear over time. Flat flights help keep products stable during high-speed operation, making the chain a strong fit for production environments where consistency matters.
Built for flexibility and upgrades with compact design for space-conscious layouts
